Formal proposal
After we have worked together to establish the main goals we write a formal proposal to describe precisely what work is necessary to complete the project. Often we list a set of options from which you can choose. This proposal set a fixed price so that you know exactly what's the total cost.
Scheduling the job
Once you have reviewed the proposal based on your needs we require an initial payment of 30-50% of the total cost. After you send the money we schedule the job on the project.
Development of the custom web design
The first step we make when developing your site is to establish the general look and feel. We create a new design from scratch based on your preferences and after that we build a fully functional web page. By developing this first page we can guarantee that the entire site will have a consistent look and a proper navigation structure, both being very important to turn the project into a successful web site. You review it and let us know if there are necessary changes. Attention! After this stage we do not accept any other change referring to design and layout! After your approval we request other 30% of the total payment amount.
Dynamic content development
Once we have built the basic structure of the site we begin to add scripts that make it dynamic. We install and test these scripts to verify if it are fully functional.
Static content development
You have the best information about your business, so while we design and programming an effective web platform for your company, we leave the content writing to you (still, we overtake the job to optimize it in accordance with the main keywords chosen for the project). After the optimized text is introduced in site, we write the headings and build the meta-tags.
Site completion
When we have completed the work specified in the proposal, we ask you to review the site and let us know if there are necessary changes. If yes, we solve it and after that ask you to make the final payment.
